We keep this simple. This website does not collect or store what you type, and it does not track you. We only receive your details when you choose to message us, and we use them to look after your order.

1. Who we are

2. What we receive

The reservation and order forms on this website do not send anything to us by themselves. They prepare a WhatsApp message or email on your device, and nothing reaches us until you press send. When you do, we receive what you chose to include, such as:

• your name, email address, phone number and country;
• the nut or kernel you are interested in, and your message;
• later, the delivery address we need to ship your order.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you, hold your nut, and send your invoice.
• To prepare your certificate and export paperwork, and to arrange shipping.
• To send you news about new nuts or journal stories, only if you asked to join our list. Reply "stop" at any time and we will remove you.

We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

4. Who else sees it

• Our courier (DHL or FedEx) receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Seychelles authorities receive the details they require for export paperwork.
• WhatsApp and your email provider carry the messages you send us, under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers one small note for the length of your visit, so the opening animation only plays once; it is never sent to us. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to download them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them for your order, its export paperwork and our accounts.

7. Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just email info@cocodemercosmetics.com.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
